Attachment Based Family Counseling featuring Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Family Playing Games

The goal of family counseling is not to eliminate certain parts of one's experience of life, but to learn how to experience life more fully, without as much struggle, and with vitality and commitment.

The therapeutic framework I use helps family members learn ways to be more mindful and get clarity on what really matters to them. When the root of this is uncovered, it can be shared in an impactful way to other family members. This increased awareness of each other's values leads to happier families who respect each other's boundaries because they are comfortable with the family expectations. â€‹
